This page aims to help people to win their battle against depression and to avoid people think about committing suicide. We are dedicated in preventing teen suicide by giving advices that can help improve their lives. Our mission is also to provide mental health education and encouraging, empowering and inspiring them to see the love and hope that exists in each other.

Vision

We came up to this idea because depression and suicide are mostly happens in teenagers especially nowadays because the stress about their academics during this pandemic. Depression can be the result of over thinking or worrying too much and experiencing too much sadness and depression could also lead to suicide wherein suicide is the act of people as they take their own life but through this awareness campaign page that we have created, it will help each individual to spread awareness and knowledge about depression and suicide to prevent those actions to happen.

Our Background

Kamusta ka? Tara, Usap Tayo! is a depression awareness and suicide prevention campaign that aims and hope to connect, talk, and give advices to people. By the help of this page, we hope to improved the mental well-being through education, support and advocacy for all individuals, especially teenagers to help them overcome those things.

Suicide is not a foregone conclusion for everyone. We can prevent suicides and save lives by initiating the conversation, offering support, and directing help to those who need it because being depressed and having a suicidal thoughts is not inevitable for anyone.
